  • Hi everyone l am writing a post about how this dealership has mistreated my daughter. She brought a car from them in 2010 and took it back because the engine light keep coming on, although she kept to all her services to keep her three year extended warranty on the car the engine light has been an issue since she bought it. Every few months between 2010 and 2013 we took the car back as the engine light would not turn off and it caused the car to run rough and stop while driving. They told her once it was a screw loose and they did send it to Holden but they said they had fixed it but NO they actually did not! Even before the warranty ran out she took it back again and said please fix my car this had been going on for 3 years, they said they could not find the problem so they did nothing further to investigate!
    Now the car has broken down again and it is going to cost her $2,500 to fix it. My husband called them today about the car and they said bad luck in two words as he said she has been bringing it back for three years and paying for your services to be done on it to keep the warranty. The place that has quoted my daughter asked if she had been getting the car regularly serviced and she said yes through ford and their reply was well they have missed this because if it was serviced properly they would have picked up on this problem! As my daughter has been telling Ford of this problem for 3 years and even brought it to their attention again as the end of warranty was coming up, now that it has finished ‘all of sudden’ someone can tell her what the is problem straight away. Ford won’t take any responsibility for it or offer some kind of imbursement on the cost that it is going to cost her to fix it even though if they had listened to my daughter in the first place and investigated the problem they could have fixed it years ago!
    I am really upset over this as my daughter is a student and cannot afford this. It was not her fault the service department didnt bother to look further into what was going on with the car while it was under warranty instead of just hooking it up to a computer and saying they don’t know. So I am going to post this everywhere I can warning people of this dealership and the horrendous treatment they are giving to people. My reviews will not only be facebook but on Google and everywhere else I can send a huge warning DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE OR USE THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WARNING WARNING as it sure will cost you in the end!

  • Because most of the times driver who delivers the parcels just puts a letter in the mailbox saying pls ch ollect from the office branch. I am a disabled pensioner I am in bed alot and Mt bedroom wi n dowsing I can see them. They never knocked. Same for the daily mail man I have chased him in my nightie till I catch up a few houses down to get my parcel and sign for my parcel. Even the drivers who drop off mail first I hear mail man then by the time I have gotten straight up got to the door to see her little red car already reversed and just taking off.
